What they ask for

Required

  • Bachelor's degree in Quality, Engineering, Manufacturing, Industrial Engineering, Operations, or related field
  • 7+ years of experience in Quality, QMS, Quality Engineering, or Manufacturing Quality
  • Deep working knowledge of ISO 9001 standards and quality management principles
  • Proven track record planning and managing internal, customer, and regulatory audits
  • Strong expertise in CAPA, NCR, and structured problem-solving methodologies
  • Experience managing quality document control systems and change management processes
  • Ability to lead cross-functional initiatives and influence stakeholders without direct authority
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills

Nice to have

  • ASQ Certified Quality Auditor (CQA), Certified Quality Engineer (CQE), or CMQ/OE certification
  • Lean Six Sigma Green Belt or Black Belt certification
  • Direct experience leading ISO 9001 implementation or multi-site expansion
  • Experience implementing enterprise QMS software platforms (MasterControl, ETQ, Veeva)
  • Experience in fast-growing manufacturing organizations or greenfield facility launches
  • Experience with AI, predictive analytics, or digital transformation tools in quality management
