Required
- 2–5 years in people operations, HR coordination, or onboarding at a high-growth tech company
- Hands-on HRIS experience
- Working knowledge of I-9 and employment eligibility verification
- Documentation-first approach to processes
- Comfortable managing onboarding end-to-end including pre-boarding and 90-day support
- Based in or willing to relocate to San Francisco for 5 days/week in-office work
Nice to have
- Experience standing up or rebuilding an onboarding program
- Immigration or visa coordination experience (H-1B, PERM, TN)
- Global onboarding exposure
- Familiarity with LangSmith, Claude, or similar tools
