  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Engineering Technology, Computer Science, Data Science, Mathematics, Physics, or Chemistry
  • 10+ years related work experience
  • 5+ years managing engineering teams
  • Product Lifecycle Management and Configuration Management experience
  • Knowledge of ITAR and EAR regulations
  • Ability to work in cross-functional, geographically dispersed teams
  • Planning, communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills
  • Experience with continuous improvement methodologies

Nice to have

  • Experience with PLM tools including TeamCenter, IPDM, NX, CATIA, VisMockup, or REDARS
  • Engineering data management and multi-system integration experience
  • Business transformation coordination experience
  • Aerospace or defense industry background
  • Data and product architecture experience with PLM tools
