What they ask for
Required
- 6+ years of hands-on software engineering in enterprise-scale global applications
- Deep expertise in Java-based application development including Spring Boot and microservices
- Hands-on experience with messaging platforms such as Kafka, IBM MQ, or Solace in high-throughput environments
- Experience designing and operating cloud-native applications on OpenShift, Kubernetes, or Docker
- Understanding of API design, application security, and authentication frameworks
- Experience implementing CI/CD pipelines and automated testing
- Experience with caching and performance optimization technologies like Redis or Couchbase
- Ability to leverage AI-assisted software engineering tools
- Track record working in Agile environments and mentoring engineers across distributed teams
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Technology, or related field or equivalent experience

- Spring Cloud and cloud-native Java technologies
- Familiarity with event-driven architectures and high-volume, low-latency systems in capital markets
