Required
- 8+ years industry experience (or 6+ with Master's degree) in semiconductor power design
- Proven track record optimizing power for complex SoCs or high-performance IPs
- Hands-on proficiency with industry-standard power analysis and sign-off tools
- Deep understanding of low-power design intents, CMOS physics, and power reduction techniques
- Ability to use AI-assisted coding tools to develop automation scripts
- Excellent analytical and communication skills
Nice to have
- Direct experience taping out designs at advanced nodes (7nm, 5nm, 3nm or below)
- Familiarity with thermal modeling and power delivery network design
