What this role is

You'll build the software infrastructure that keeps Anthropic's global AV and collaboration systems running—fleet monitoring, integrations with control platforms and IT tools, and the engineering practices that let a small team scale. This role suits engineers who've spent years bridging software and systems operations, and who want to turn operational chaos into reliable, maintainable code.
