What they ask for
Required
- 7+ years in customer-facing technical roles such as Solutions Architect or Forward Deployed Engineer
- 3+ years designing and deploying production cloud infrastructure (GCP, AWS, or Azure)
- Strong Kubernetes experience including cluster design, autoscaling, and multi-zone deployments
- Experience with Infrastructure as Code (Terraform, Helm) and GitOps
- Knowledge of database systems including HA, replication, backup strategies
- High-availability and disaster recovery design experience
- Networking and security understanding (SSO, RBAC, TLS, secrets management)
- Observability experience (Prometheus, Grafana, Datadog)
- CI/CD pipeline experience
- 1+ years building production AI/ML applications or agents
- Strong LLM framework experience (LangChain, LangGraph, or similar)
- State management patterns knowledge (short-term and long-term memory)
- Evaluation framework design and implementation for AI applications
- Prompt engineering and optimization skills including A/B testing
- Vector stores, RAG patterns, and knowledge organization experience
- Tool integration, API design, and error handling patterns
- Strong Python and/or TypeScript development skills
- Enterprise customer-facing experience
- Technical assessment and infrastructure audit experience
- Strong communication skills explaining technical concepts to diverse audiences
