Required
- 7+ years as an HR Business Partner in fast-paced, global, high-growth environments
- Deep expertise in employee relations, organizational design, performance management, and leadership coaching
- Proven ability to translate data and insights into strategic actions driving measurable business and people outcomes
- Demonstrated experience influencing and partnering with senior leaders and cross-functional stakeholders
- Strong business acumen connecting people strategy to company objectives
- Experience leading complex, ambiguous initiatives with high autonomy and accountability
Nice to have
- Experience leveraging AI tools for people analytics, engagement insights, or workforce planning
- Familiarity with HR systems including G-Suite, Slack, and MacOS environments
- Experience working across multiple regions (US, EMEA, APAC) in a distributed organization
