Required

  • 5+ years as a Systems Analyst
  • Bachelor's degree in computer science, MIS, or related field
  • Proficiency with large language models for data analysis and automation
  • Ability to direct AI coding agents through natural language
  • Problem-solving and technical troubleshooting skills
  • Experience gathering and documenting business requirements
  • Hands-on experience with enterprise application implementation and support
  • User acceptance testing and training delivery
  • Agile software project management experience
