Required
- 10+ years enterprise systems and software engineering leadership
- Expert Workday architecture and integration experience including EIBs, Core Connectors, Studio, and web services
- Ownership of enterprise Workday integration strategy and governance frameworks
- Experience architecting integrations with identity management, payroll, data warehouse, and SaaS platforms
- Proficiency with middleware platforms like MuleSoft
- Working knowledge of AWS and/or Azure
- Expert-level RESTful API design and microservices architecture
- Executive presence and senior stakeholder management
- Advanced AI expertise with track record implementing strategic AI solutions
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related field
