Required

  • 6+ years of customer success, technical account management, or solutions engineering
  • 3+ years in life sciences research with exposure to technology adoption
  • Direct experience working with academic research institutions, nonprofits, biotech, or pharma
  • Understanding of life sciences regulations, risk, and compliance
  • Experience managing both consumption-based and seat-based business models
  • Experience designing and delivering one-to-many customer programs alongside account management
