- 5+ years of legal experience in mobile consumer sales, marketing, and operations
- Member in good standing of one US State Bar
- Ability to become member in good standing of Texas bar or qualify as in-house counsel in Texas
- Professional legal and business presentation skills in writing and orally
- Ability to direct outside counsel and manage performance
