Required

  • 3+ years of instructional design or learning development experience
  • Experience designing across multiple learning modalities (eLearning, instructor-led, virtual, blended)
  • Proficiency with eLearning authoring tools such as Articulate Storyline or Rise
  • Ability to apply instructional design and adult learning principles
  • Experience in analysis, design, and development phases of course creation
  • Project management skills
  • Professional communication skills across multiple audiences

Nice to have

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Instructional Design, Instructional Technology, HR Development, Organizational Development, or I/O Psychology
  • Experience with Agile Learning Development or Successive Approximation Model
  • Familiarity with generative AI and AI-enabled tools for learning content development
  • Experience with Adobe Creative Cloud
  • Knowledge of learning analytics and data-driven evaluation methods
  • Ability to design visually engaging, contextual learning experiences
  • Experience consulting with business partners and subject matter experts
  • Proficiency with MS Project
