- Bachelor's degree in Aerospace, Mechanical, or Electrical Engineering or equivalent practical experience
- 2–3+ years of environmental testing experience in aerospace, defense, or electronics
- 1–2+ years of leadership or supervisory experience
- Experience with root cause analysis and corrective action processes
Nice to have
- 3–5+ years of environmental testing experience in aerospace, defense, or electronics
- 1–3+ years of people leadership experience
- Strong understanding of environmental test equipment and instrumentation
- Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings and technical documentation
- Experience with test data systems and quality management tools
