What they ask for

Required

  • 10+ years in customer success or account management with 5+ years front-line management and 2+ years managing managers
  • Direct experience leading customer success in regulated industries (financial services, healthcare, life sciences, or equivalent)
  • Proven track record building and managing CS teams in SaaS, API, or AI/ML companies
  • Experience managing enterprise portfolios with $1M–$100M+ annual contract values and quarter-long deployment cycles
  • Ability to drive outcomes across organizations with multiple decision-makers
  • Strong understanding of consumption-based and seat-based business models
  • Technical fluency with AI/ML products and their deployment and security considerations
  • Knowledge of regulatory frameworks (HIPAA, FDA, healthcare data security) relevant to regulated customers
  • Executive presence and credibility with both business and risk-side leaders
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and professional experience

Nice to have

  • Experience developing repeatable frameworks, playbooks, or enablement programs that teams independently adopted
  • Working knowledge of model-risk management and compliance governance gates
