Required
- Juris Doctor from accredited law school
- Active law license in at least one U.S. jurisdiction
- 5+ years employment law experience
- Workplace investigation training and experience
- Knowledge of U.S. employment laws (FLSA, ADA, FMLA, Title VII, wage & hour, classification)
- Ability to provide practical, business-oriented legal advice
- Experience working with HR/People teams and senior leadership
Nice to have
- Experience supporting global or distributed workforces
- Familiarity with immigration and mobility considerations in tech
- Prior experience in high-growth or startup company
- Experience with employment aspects of M&A transactions
- Technology or SaaS company in-house experience
