What they ask for
Required
- 8+ years in IT with 3–5+ years in leadership or director role
- Experience owning IT strategy and business systems in organizations with 150+ employees
- Hands-on experience with enterprise systems (ERP, HRIS, SaaS) and systems integration
- Deep knowledge of IT infrastructure, device management across Mac and Windows, and cloud environments
- Track record managing external vendors and MSPs with SLA accountability
- Security and compliance framework knowledge (SOC 2, GDPR, CCPA)
- Ownership of business continuity, disaster recovery, backups, and incident response
- Budget management and cross-functional project leadership experience
- Experience establishing governance for AI tools and automation
