Required
- 5+ years managing and providing technical leadership to engineering teams
- Proven track record hiring, coaching, or developing engineering managers or team leads
- Deep technical expertise across backend, frontend, data, and third-party integrations
- Strong experience with Python and/or Go for distributed services
- Holistic ownership of complex transactional systems in billing, financial accounting, membership eligibility, or enrollment
- Building, mentoring, and scaling diverse and high-performing engineering teams
- Ability to motivate and instill strong sense of ownership
- Thriving in cross-functional environments and driving projects to completion
- Strong collaboration with product partners and ability to set product vision
