What they ask for
Required
- 10+ years legal experience with 3+ years in-house leadership
- Experience negotiating and drafting channel and partner agreements
- Familiarity with cloud marketplace structures (AWS, Azure, Google Cloud)
- Ability to scale legal resources in high-growth environments
- Management experience with 2–5 attorneys
- Juris Doctor from accredited law school
- Active state bar membership
- Willingness to travel 10-15%

- Proven use of AI technologies to enhance workflows and decision-making
- Experience leading team adoption of AI tools and agentic workflows
