- High school diploma or GED
- Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and specifications
- Experience with quality assurance principles and inspection methods
- Experience documenting inspection results and quality dispositions
- Ability to stand and walk for extended periods
- Ability to perform repetitive precision tasks with hands and fingers
Nice to have
- Associate degree in technical, manufacturing, engineering or related field
- 3+ years of inspection experience in aerospace, aviation, military or manufacturing
- Knowledge of aerospace manufacturing processes and quality standards
- First Article Inspection (FAI) experience
- Experience reviewing supplier documentation and certification packages
- Experience with electrical systems testing and inspection
- Familiarity with aerospace quality systems and compliance requirements
