- Bachelor of Science degree in Engineering or related field, or extensive relevant work experience
- 5+ years of related manufacturing or process engineering experience
- Food science or process/packaging science background
- Understanding of manufacturing systems and unit operations
- Advanced data and statistical analysis
- Consumer products or process industry experience
- Mechanical aptitude specific to manufacturing technology
- Experience with Loss Tree and Glidepath ownership
- Financial acumen for plant-level cost analysis
- Manufacturing data analysis systems knowledge (SAP, Maximo, Manufacturing Analytics, MQIS)
- Leadership and collaborative team experience
- Demonstrated ability to reduce losses and improve performance in manufacturing
