What they ask for

Required

  • 5+ years pre-sales, solution architecture, or customer-facing technical experience in B2B SaaS
  • Track record of winning competitive multi-stakeholder deals with technical buyers
  • Experience selling to developer, platform, SRE, or engineering-led organizations
  • Executive presence and ability to communicate with engineers through VP-level decision-makers
  • Strong solutioning and whiteboarding skills
  • Hands-on fluency with modern cloud environments, containers, Kubernetes, and distributed systems
  • Working knowledge of observability, distributed tracing, and OpenTelemetry
  • Comfort navigating code and implementation details across common languages and frameworks
  • Experience owning POCs and technical evaluations end-to-end
  • Collaborative cross-functional mindset

Nice to have

  • Familiarity with MEDDPICC or Command of the Message
  • Point of view on observability, developer tooling, and AI-assisted workflows
