What they ask for
Required
- 3+ years IT engineering, systems administration, or technical support experience
- Bachelor's degree in computer science, information technology, or equivalent practical experience
- Hands-on IT support experience in an onsite environment
- Familiarity with modern workplace IT with depth in at least two disciplines
- Experience administering identity, SaaS, or collaboration platforms like Okta, Google Workspace, Slack, GitHub, Zoom, or Microsoft 365
- Ability to write and maintain scripts or integrations in TypeScript, Python, or another modern language
- Knowledge of networking fundamentals including TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, wired and wireless networks, and troubleshooting
- In-person work 5 days per week from San Francisco or New York office
Nice to have
- Deep experience with Okta, identity lifecycle management, or identity-as-code
- Experience with Terraform, CI/CD, Git-based delivery, or API integrations
- Exposure to AI-enabled ITSM, agentic workflows, or support automation
- Experience with office builds, enterprise networking, conferencing, or workplace technology
- Experience with endpoint management, security posture, or vulnerability management
