What they ask for

Required

  • 3+ years IT engineering, systems administration, or technical support experience
  • Bachelor's degree in computer science, information technology, or equivalent practical experience
  • Hands-on IT support experience in an onsite environment
  • Familiarity with modern workplace IT with depth in at least two disciplines
  • Experience administering identity, SaaS, or collaboration platforms like Okta, Google Workspace, Slack, GitHub, Zoom, or Microsoft 365
  • Ability to write and maintain scripts or integrations in TypeScript, Python, or another modern language
  • Knowledge of networking fundamentals including TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, wired and wireless networks, and troubleshooting
  • In-person work 5 days per week from San Francisco or New York office

Nice to have

  • Deep experience with Okta, identity lifecycle management, or identity-as-code
  • Experience with Terraform, CI/CD, Git-based delivery, or API integrations
  • Exposure to AI-enabled ITSM, agentic workflows, or support automation
  • Experience with office builds, enterprise networking, conferencing, or workplace technology
  • Experience with endpoint management, security posture, or vulnerability management
