What they ask for

Required

3+ years IT engineering, systems administration, or technical support experience
Bachelor's degree in computer science, information technology, or equivalent practical experience
Hands-on IT support experience in onsite environments
Broad knowledge of modern workplace IT with depth in at least two disciplines
Experience administering identity, SaaS, or collaboration platforms such as Okta, Google Workspace, Slack, GitHub, Zoom, or Microsoft 365
Ability to write and maintain scripts or integrations in TypeScript, Python, or another modern language
Working knowledge of networking fundamentals including TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, wired and wireless networks
Strong judgment, communication, and organization skills

Nice to have

Deep experience with Okta, identity lifecycle management, or identity-as-code
Experience with Terraform, CI/CD, Git-based delivery, or API integrations
Exposure to AI-enabled ITSM, agentic workflows, or support automation
Experience with office builds, enterprise networking, conferencing, or workplace technology
Experience with endpoint management, security posture, or vulnerability management
