- 3+ years maintenance or engineering experience in a related field
- Ability to troubleshoot and operate advanced technical equipment
- Knowledge of PLC systems
- Knowledge of CMMS systems
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds
- Ability to climb ladders and work at heights
- Ability to bend, stoop, and reach overhead
- Medical clearance to wear respiratory protection
- Willingness to understand risks of handling hazardous drugs
Nice to have
- Formal certification in electrical, mechanical, plumbing, air compression, PLC, or HVAC trades
- 5+ years pharmaceutical manufacturing or pharmacy maintenance experience
- 5+ years electrical knowledge and electronic principles
- Advanced degree or training in engineering or maintenance
- Advanced training in lean or six sigma
- Bilingual Spanish language ability
