Required
- Bachelor's degree in Design or related field, or equivalent education and experience combination
- 5+ years of relevant work experience in Graphic Design, Color Design, or Product Design
- Well-curated portfolio demonstrating research, inspiration, design development, problem-solving, and execution across varied projects
- Strong sketching, illustration, typography, brand identity, and color theory skills
- High proficiency in Adobe Illustrator
- Deep understanding of manufacturing and make processes
- Knowledge of apparel creation from ideation through specification and final execution
