Required
- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business, Engineering, or related field
- 5+ years of professional experience in supply chain, sourcing, or procurement
- Experience managing suppliers for complex aerospace or advanced manufacturing commodities
- Proven track record negotiating contracts and managing milestone-based agreements
- Hands-on experience with ERP systems (LN, SAP, Oracle, or equivalent)
- Knowledge of aerospace manufacturing processes such as CNC machining, 5-axis milling, turning, precision grinding, EDM, and tight-tolerance fabrication
Nice to have
- MBA or advanced degree in Supply Chain, Business, or Engineering
- Direct experience managing machining commodities in aerospace (CNC machined components, castings, forgings, sheet metal fabrication, extrusions)
- Familiarity with AS9100 and NADCAP standards and supplier qualification/audit processes
- Proven success driving supplier performance improvements through KPIs and recovery plans
- New Product Development or Introduction supply chain experience in aerospace or frontier technology
- Proficiency in supplier risk assessment, machining cost modeling, and capacity planning
- Understanding of material specifications, surface treatments, and inspection requirements for aerospace-grade machined parts
