- 2–5 years in manufacturing, warehouse, or delivery operations
- Bachelor's degree in industrial engineering, manufacturing engineering, chemical engineering, mechanical engineering, or project management
- Working knowledge of Lean manufacturing principles
- Cross-functional collaboration across Operations, HR, Supply, Innovation, and Customer Care teams
- Root cause analysis and process problem-solving
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Intermediate proficiency in Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
Nice to have
