Required
- 3+ years running cohort-based programs, creator programs, accelerators, fellowships, or event series
- Understanding of nano/micro creator growth strategies and economics
- Operational excellence with calendars, trackers, and logistics
- Experience designing community and member experiences
- Ability to work autonomously with ambiguity
Nice to have
- Experience producing in-person events
- Familiarity with Suno or AI creative tools
- Existing relationships with breakout creators or creator communities
- Background in creator programs, MCNs, talent management, or platform partnerships
