- Bachelor's degree in Information Systems, Business, Supply Chain, Engineering, or related field
- 8+ years as Business Analyst, Systems Analyst, or Integration Analyst
- Extensive hands-on experience with Oracle EBS R12 on-premise
- Functional expertise in logistics and distribution including inventory and warehouse operations
- Requirements-gathering, documentation, and stakeholder communication skills
- Ability to work across business, technical, and vendor teams
- Experience supporting large, complex, multi-region projects
Nice to have
- Working knowledge or exposure to Oracle Fusion
- Experience implementing or supporting warehouse automation (conveyors, robotics, picking/packing/shipping systems)
- Background in medical, pharmaceutical, or highly regulated industries
- SCRUM or Agile workflow experience
