What they ask for
Required
- 8+ years data center operations experience as manager or technical lead
- Vendor or contractor management to measurable outcomes
- Hands-on technical depth in server, network, and rack infrastructure
- Built or substantially improved operational processes
- Incident command or lead responder experience
- Support for non-standard hours and on-call rotation
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience
Nice to have
- Third-party colocation or partner-operated site experience
- New site or data hall commissioning experience
- GPU or liquid-cooled infrastructure experience
- Multi-vendor site operations experience
- Cross-team project leadership without direct authority
