Required
- End-to-end responsibility for Workday Phase 1 and/or Phase X implementations
- Minimum 2 completed Workday delivery engagements
- Stakeholder, resource, financial, PMO and quality management experience
- Ability to travel to client sites as needed
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent
- Fluency in English
Nice to have
- Extensive HR systems or ERP implementation background
- Experience leading distributed teams across onshore, nearshore and offshore locations
- Large-scale complex system transformation experience
- Workday Financials implementation leadership
