What they ask for
Required
- High school diploma or equivalent and IT certification
- 3+ years hands-on IT support or desktop support experience
- Active Top Secret security clearance at time of hire
- Support for Windows, macOS, Microsoft 365, endpoint management, identity/access, collaboration tools, and printers
- Working knowledge of networking fundamentals, endpoint security, device lifecycle, and ticketing systems
- Ability to operate independently on-site while following enterprise IT and security standards
- Strong customer service, documentation, troubleshooting, and communication skills
- U.S. Person status for ITAR/export-control eligibility
Nice to have
- Experience in classified, secure, aerospace, defense, or DoD environments
- Familiarity with Microsoft Intune, Entra ID, Active Directory, Defender, GCC High, ServiceNow, Jira, Halo, Zendesk, or Jamf
- Security+, Network+, A+, Microsoft, or ITIL certification
- Experience with CUI, ITAR/EAR, CMMC, or regulated data handling
- Conference room technology and AV support experience
