Required
- 4–6 years in consulting, implementation, or post-sales roles
- Track record owning complex multi-stakeholder implementations with enterprise, MSO, or health system accounts
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Strong analytical skills to identify trends and present findings to leadership
- Ability to translate business needs into technical requirements
- Experience building processes and systems from scratch
- Proficiency in efficiency tooling such as SQL, Claude Code, or Retool
- Ruthless prioritization and time management across concurrent high-complexity accounts
- Ability to perform under pressure in a fast-paced, changing environment
- Passion for helping healthcare organizations
Nice to have
- Experience with MSO, PE-backed, or enterprise health system accounts
