Required
- 6+ years hands-on hardware build and test experience in manufacturing or integration
- Engineering degree or related technical field
- Hardware issue investigation and non-conformance resolution
- General assembly and test procedures knowledge
- Cross-functional coordination with design, manufacturing, supply chain, and test teams
- Ability to define and implement new processes
- Proficiency in GD&T and CAD
- Experience in at least two of: LOX cleanliness, leak checking, sensor checkouts, tube bending, tool design, crane operations, or subassembly builds
Nice to have
- Aerospace product introduction or prototype-to-production transition experience
- Direct authorship and execution of integrated system test procedures
- Knowledge of hazardous operations, fluid system safety, or pressurized test environments
- Experience in lean, fast-paced environments with vendor engagement or team leadership
