What they ask for
Required
- Journeyman Electrician credential
- 5+ years of industry experience or 7+ years in electrical assembly/inspection
- Working knowledge of IEC, NEC, NFPA, IEEE, and NETA testing specifications
- Ability to identify electrical components and read electrical schematics
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand, walk, stoop, and bend for extended periods
- Pass background check and drug/alcohol testing
- Up to 100% travel including overnight stays
Nice to have
- Experience with lean manufacturing and 5S methodologies
- ISO 9001 quality management systems experience
- Project Management Professional (PMP) or Certified Associate in Project Management (CAPM) certification
- Knowledge of Material Requirements Planning (MRP) systems, particularly Accumatica ERP
- Advanced project management methodologies experience
- Previous experience improving project workflows
- Advanced knowledge of manufacturing processes
- Scheduling software knowledge
- Basic computer skills with Word/Excel experience
