What they ask for
Required
- Minimum 5 years conducting workplace and POSH investigations
- 10–15 years in legal function, employment law, litigation or disputes
- Fluency in written and spoken English
- Bachelor of Law or higher degree
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to work independently and lead teams
- Knowledge of local employment and compliance laws including POSH Act 2013
Nice to have
- Employment law experience
- Experience supervising investigations
