  • 10–15 years in legal function, employment law, litigation or disputes
  • Fluency in written and spoken English
  • Bachelor of Law or higher degree
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills
  • Ability to work independently and lead teams
  • Knowledge of local employment and compliance laws including POSH Act 2013
