  • At least 10 years of relevant experience in Technical Pricing, Actuarial or predictive modelling
  • Degree in a mathematical or computer science related discipline
  • Proficiency in R, Python or similar data science programming language with strong software engineering practices
  • Experience deploying and maintaining models in production on cloud platforms
  • Leadership experience managing technical teams and projects
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent communication and ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical audiences

Nice to have

  • Experience with AWS Sagemaker and Radar modeling pipelines
  • Leadership of AWS and Radar modeling pipeline delivery and governance
  • Practical experience using AI/GenAI tools for analytics acceleration with appropriate controls
  • Experience establishing best-practice governance for AI-enabled analytics
  • Expertise in additional programming languages beyond R and Python
  • Experience working within Agile frameworks and mentoring others
  • Qualified Actuary from a recognized actuarial society or qualified by experience
