- 6–8 years in HR consulting, employee experience, culture, engagement, talent, communications, or program management
- Experience leading executive-sponsored, cross-functional, or high-visibility initiatives
- Strong executive presence and credibility with senior leaders
- Relationship-building, consulting, facilitation, and stakeholder-management skills
- Ability to structure ambiguous assignments and move quickly to execution
- Strong business judgment balancing employee and organizational needs
- Excellent written, verbal, presentation, and executive-communication skills
- Experience using AI, automation, analytics, or digital tools to improve workflows
- Advanced proficiency with PowerPoint, Excel, and Word
