- 8+ years of engineering leadership experience managing managers, architects, and software engineers
- 5+ years in Asset Management or Institutional Investing technology including financial risk frameworks
- Experience delivering enterprise software platforms with stringent security, regulatory, and uptime requirements
- Deep familiarity with modern cloud architecture, microservices, API design, data pipelines, and enterprise security frameworks
