  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business, Economics, Analytics or related field
  • Minimum 5+ years in Business Analytics, Commercial Finance, FP&A, Marketing Analytics, Business Intelligence or related roles
  • Strong analytical mindset with ability to connect data to business decisions
  • Business partnering and stakeholder management capabilities
  • Experience in international and matrixed organizations
  • Advanced Microsoft Office proficiency (Excel, PowerPoint)
  • Power BI and enterprise reporting systems experience

  • Demonstrated autonomy, flexibility and execution mindset
  • Ability to manage ambiguity and independently drive outcomes

  • Exposure to Marketing Analytics and Commercial Strategy processes
  • Financial acumen and understanding of business finance processes
