Required
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business, Economics, Analytics or related field
- Minimum 5+ years in Business Analytics, Commercial Finance, FP&A, Marketing Analytics, Business Intelligence or related roles
- Strong analytical mindset with ability to connect data to business decisions
- Business partnering and stakeholder management capabilities
- Experience in international and matrixed organizations
- Advanced Microsoft Office proficiency (Excel, PowerPoint)
- Power BI and enterprise reporting systems experience
- Strong storytelling and presentation skills
- English fluency (written and verbal)
- Demonstrated autonomy, flexibility and execution mindset
- Ability to manage ambiguity and independently drive outcomes
Nice to have
- Familiarity with OneStream, GSR, Salesforce, Control or similar platforms
- Healthcare or Medical Device industry experience
- Exposure to Marketing Analytics and Commercial Strategy processes
- Financial acumen and understanding of business finance processes
- Experience supporting senior leadership teams and executive operating reviews
