  • Bachelor's degree and 5 years relevant experience, or Master's degree and 3 years relevant experience, or 9 years work experience without degree
  • Experience in merchandising, retail, product operations, GTM operations, or related commercial function
  • Ability to manage projects and coordinate cross-functional teams against multiple deadlines
  • Experience with data accuracy, system updates, reporting, and tool implementation
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint
  • Working knowledge of AI tools and practical experience using them to improve workflows and productivity
  • Ability to reside within commuting distance of Baltimore office
  • Availability for 4 days per week in-office on hybrid schedule

Nice to have

  • Bachelor's degree in business administration, Retail Management, Merchandising, Operations, or related field
