- Minimum 3 years in quality control or assurance, preferably non-sterile compounding or pharmaceutical manufacturing
- Strong understanding of USP <795> and cGMP practices
- Excellent attention to detail with strong documentation and communication skills
- Ability to manage multiple tasks with strong time management
- Pharmacy Technician license or willingness to obtain within first six months
Nice to have
- Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Chemistry, Biology, Quality Management, or related field
- FDA 21 CFR 210/211 knowledge
- Experience with MRP/ERP systems
