Required
- Bachelor's degree in Telecommunications, Electronics, IT, Computer Science, or related discipline
- 2–5 years experience in telecom service assurance, NOC support, customer operations, or incident management
- Strong understanding of incident management fundamentals
- Working knowledge of telecom service domains including RAN, core, transport, OSS/NMS, gateway, and satellite service chains
- Strong customer-facing communication skills written and verbal
- High attention to detail and disciplined documentation
- Ability to remain calm during high-severity incidents and time-critical situations
- Strong coordination skills across Service Assurance, Managed Services, NOC, and engineering teams
- Proficiency with ITSM or incident management tools
- Ability to work in fast-paced operational environment with shift-based coverage if required
- Ability to support extended incident bridges during major outages
Nice to have
- ITIL Foundation or service management certification
- Experience supporting mobile, satellite, or hybrid telecom networks in regional or global operations
- Prior experience in 24×7 operational environments
- Exposure to OSS/NMS dashboards and operational monitoring views
