What they ask for
Required
- J.D. from accredited law school
- Active bar membership in at least one U.S. state
- 6+ years relevant legal experience including substantial commercial contracting
- Ability to independently draft and negotiate B2B commercial agreements
- Strong working knowledge of SaaS, technology, privacy and data protection
- Excellent judgment in identifying material legal issues
- Ability to manage high volume of matters and prioritize effectively
- Clear written and verbal communication skills
- Collaborative approach with willingness to be hands-on
