Required
- Bachelor's degree in a related field
- JD from ABA-accredited law school
- Licensed to practice law in a US state (California, Delaware, Georgia, New York or Texas preferred)
- Member in good standing with applicable bar association
- Broad corporate and M&A experience with focus on technology transactions
- Understanding of global corporate and tax structuring
- Familiarity with common and civil law jurisdictions
- Ability to negotiate with large multinational and regulated organizations
- Knowledge of data privacy and AI laws
- Experience with telematics industry legislation and regulations
Nice to have
- Ability to read, write and speak multiple languages
- Prior exposure to software, programming and computing
- Experience in flat or entrepreneurial organizations
