- 8+ years as systems, hardware, or software engineer
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or equivalent
- Experience developing end-to-end robotics or automotive systems
- Proficiency with both Waterfall and Agile methodologies
- Experience managing project financial and operational impacts
