  • 5+ years in technical program management, business systems, or finance transformation
  • Deep working knowledge of finance operations and revenue systems
  • Hands-on ITGC program experience with SOX compliance
  • Demonstrated ability to independently deliver technical programs end to end
  • AI-native operating mindset with practical experience using AI in work processes
  • Influence without direct authority and ability to work across Finance, Accounting, and Engineering

Nice to have

  • Public company or IPO-track experience
  • Hands-on experience with enterprise billing, ERP, or revenue systems like NetSuite or Stripe
  • IPO readiness or first-year SOX program support experience
  • CISA, CIA, or equivalent certification or IT audit team experience
  • Experience building internal tooling or agents on workspace platforms
