Required
- 8–10+ years of progressive corporate accounting experience
- 3+ years of people management in a fast-paced environment
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance
- Active CPA designation
- Strong foundational knowledge of US GAAP, accrual methodologies, OPEX reporting, and lease accounting (ASC 842)
- Experience with Tier-1 ERP systems (NetSuite, Oracle, or similar) and close management platforms
- Experience designing, testing, or executing SOX control frameworks in a public company or late-stage pre-IPO environment
- Proven track record in high-growth technology, consumer products, hardware, or inventory-intensive manufacturing
