- 7–10 years of HR and Marketing sourcing and category management experience in large global corporations
- Proven track record leading complex sourcing initiatives and commercial negotiations
- Deep knowledge of benefits supplier landscape including medical, pharmacy, dental, vision, wellness, retirement, voluntary benefits, and EAP
- Executive-level stakeholder and supplier relationship management skills
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent from accredited college or university
