Required
- 7–12 years of UX research experience including strategic or research leadership
- Hands-on experience leading qualitative and quantitative UX research in product design
- Proven track record translating research into strategic recommendations that influenced product direction
- Experience facilitating senior stakeholder workshops and strategy sessions
- Ability to lead UX research workshops both in-person and remote
- Self-starter who can define goals and research programs with limited direction
- Outstanding written and oral communication skills including confident presentation to senior leadership
- Significant experience working with senior stakeholders, product managers, and engineers
- Bachelor's degree
- Portfolio or case study with interview walkthrough
